The whole process from a quick pop into the showroom to the finished bathroom has been a delight!
The whole team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and work to a very high standard.
They work closely as a team ensuring a seamless handover between different pockets of work being done and no time lost.
The quality of the work from our team ( Liam, Joe and Matty) is very high and the fact there's a two year guarantee on the work gives peace of mind.

The Bancey Boys have done a first rate job on my new bathroom. Leigh really listened to what I wanted and the plan he drafted was so accurate: the finished product looked exactly the same.
Ash was so conscientious and hardworking and project managed the work very effectively. Ash and Nick were affable and easy to communicate with. I don’t think I ever saw either of them take a break! They did a good job of protecting my home and keeping mess to the minimum, cleaning up as best they could at the end of the day
They did a phenomenal job on the tiles ( and there were a lot of them).
I was very impressed with the co-ordinating of the different people needed for the job. As with any big project some times a problem occurred- I have an old boiler which was not co-operating, and the boys came out time and time again until the problem was sorted. Bancey have provided total piece of mind that any hitches would be dealt with and with a two year guarantee, I know I don’t have to worry.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company and the price was good. I need my kitchen done next and Bancey will definitely be getting my business!

Thanks to Paul for the design the process was so easy and an experience standing in our virtual new en- suite.
The fitters Liam and Aaron were a pleasure to have in our home. They certainly put the hours in to complete our new shower room and replace a bath panel for us.

Highly recommended. Dan was fantastic throughout the design process, with some great ideas, and a really helpful 4D model. We had a full refurb of a tired bathroom with a fair bit of building work thrown in. The build was done by Kevin and the team who were absolutely superb - very high standard of craftsmanship, and they worked with ease around lots of challenges thrown up by an old building. We are extremely pleased with the end result!

We've just had a new shower, Stopcock and Aquabion fitted. Sean did an amazing job. He only came to fit the shower and ran into a few issues with the stopcock but managed to fit the whole job in that same morning. An absolutely amazing service from the Bancey boys. What a brilliant job, they were very respectful of to us and our property. They were also very polite at all times, what a pleasure to have had the 2 of them carrying out the job. Everything that was required such as an electrician & plasterer was all taken care off. Everything was put back as it was at the end of the day.

Last year Bancey did a brilliant job renovating my cloakroom; so much so that I had them back to take on the master bathroom. Paul’s designs were spot on and included all our detailed requirements. Liam and Joe are absolute magicians, somehow managing to turn those designs into reality. They were polite, professional, and a real pleasure to have around. The quality of the installation is faultless.

Our total experience with Bancey Bathrooms was excellent from start to finish. Designing the bathrooms with Paul was relaxed and enjoyable. He listened carefully and met our requirements in a very friendly and professional manner. He worked very hard to give us the high quality we desired at a price we could afford. Adapting the design for whatever reason was never a problem.
We had three workers fitting the bathrooms at different times but always Dan. All three were respectful of our house and very professional. I have nothing but praise and positive comments to make about the manner in which Dan, the main fitter, goes about this work and the quality of what he does. The house was left spotless every night after what can be very messy work. He would ask our opinions about how we wished things to be done and on the odd occasion when something wasn't quite right, sorting it was never an issue. He has been amazing.
We are delighted we chose Bancey Bathrooms and do not hesitate in recommending them.

As usual we have found the bancy group to be reliable and very professional in their work ethics. They fitted out 2 bathrooms for us and based on the work done there we had no hesitation in using them to replace our boiler.
Leigh has excellent communication skills and ensured we got what we wanted and Dave was very respectful on fitting the boiler with Ben doing the electrical. All in all an excellent service and I would highly recommend.

What amazing company from start to finish! Contacted the company back in November! Leigh came out and went back and design the bathroom we wanted! We have just had our bathroom totally refurbished By Bancey Bathrooms and are absolutely thrilled with the results! From the outset the professionalism and advice shown by firstly designer Paul Cuthbertson .and then the installation of the bathroom by Dan Chadwick and his team was superb . Paul’s design was everything we asked for and showed a lot of flare . We couldn't be happier with our bathroom that has just finished. Leigh designed a bathroom even better than we imagined, capturing exactly what we were after and making excellent recommendations. We had our bathroom and shower room designed and installed by Bancey Bathrooms earlier this year and had a pleasant experience. Leigh came up with a design that we instantly liked and only made a few small changes on it to make it completely ours. Martin and Joe did a great job installing it all, as we had other works being done in the house they had to work around that and they were very flexible with it all. We had a few minor things that needed to be fixed after it was all done and that was dealt with promptly too. Overall would recommend the company.

Process from the planning stage onwards was very smooth. Leigh came and looked at our bathroom and was able to come up with good suggestions and a great design which you could look at using a VR experience. Job booked in a couple of months in advance and then Martin & Joe came when promised. Work is of a very high quality especially considering our very old house with extremely thick walls is a considerable challenge so Martin had to be able to problem solve which he did very well. . High quality finish. Very impressed.

We had our main bathroom converted from a normal bathroom to a wet room. We had very specific requirements because my son uses a wheelchair. The design tried and succeeded to take that into account and to try to make using the bathroom easy for everybody.
There were no major issues during the installation and any tweaks were handled with zero stress from Bancey.
Impact during the install was minimal and everything was kept neat and tidy.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody!

Bancey were wonderful when we walked into the showroom with no idea. They spent so much time with us and were efficient and polite. We had a wonderful experience designing the bathroom and I want to say a huge thank you to Leigh for his help and advice. Unfortunately it was out of budget for us, having an entire house to renovate but I would have chosen them in a heartbeat, really gutted I couldn't as their design was gorgeous.

Bancey Bathrooms designed, supplied and installed two new bathrooms for us,
Leigh worked with us on the designs that reflected our exacting and specific requirements, adapting where required to come in on budget.
A strength of this company is that nothing is outsourced to contractors, an in-house team works with you from design to completion. Our project was led superbly by Liam and Chris, (assisted by Joe and Ash.)
When the design had to be revised during installation due to a challenging door size, Liam and Chris made suggestions and worked with us to find solutions.
These guys are in your home, in our case for around a month, and made the disruption as minimal and painless as it could be. Every member of the team was so friendly, responsive, professional and respectful of being in our home. Liam and Chris deserve recognition in particular, they were excellent, and we have no hesitation in giving them, and Bancey, a five star review.
We’re very happy with our new bathrooms and to recommend Bancey Bathrooms.

Bancey bathrooms designed, project managed and installed all aspects of our bathroom renovations. They were the only company to facilitate a shower cubicle on our loft conversion by moving a stud wall - all other companies we got quotes from said they could only replace like for like. Leigh was brilliant during the design process and remained a friendly contact ready to help throughout. Craig led the project management from day 1 to dealing with the final snag and was very responsive and bent over backwards to help with the occasional issue as it arose. The whole team worked hard and efficiently, in particular Ben and Martin on their respective installs. We are very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

We visited Bancey Bathrooms in Box to have a quick look around and get inspiration for bathrooms in our new home. We were quickly welcomed by the team and were encouraged to look around with no pressure which was great. Following this we set up an appointment and Dan H visited our home a few days later to take measurements and get some ideas from us about what we were looking for. We then had an another appointment in the showroom to see Dans proposal for our 2 projects. Incredibly we were shown the designs using VR which was something we’d never seen before, this allowed us to really understand the designs and make changes quickly to see other concepts. A couple more visits to finalise minor details and fitting selection and we were then booked in for the work. We had to reschedule the work by a couple of months due to a delay with some other work being carried out by another company but Dan was accommodating and there was no issue in doing this. When it came for the installation, Dan C, Zack and Jake, were brilliant. The respect and care they showed our home was appreciated with lots of effort by them to protect flooring etc. Dan C keep us informed of progress and was open and honest with any challenges (we have an old house which had some unusual draining solutions installed by a previous owner!), these were resolved with full consultation with us. The works went pretty much to plan and some minor design changes along the way were supported and encouraged in order to get things right. Overall we are really pleased with our completed projects. The whole team from start to finish were excellent. We were pleased to see that Bancey now supply and fit kitchens so we are already considering them for our next project.
